We are currently seeking a skilled Sewing Machinist to work with our client based in Halifax. As a Sewing Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the quality and precision of finished products.
Responsibilities:
* Operate industrial sewing machines to sew fabric, leather, or other materials according to specifications
* Read and interpret sewing patterns and instructions
* Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines
* Identify and report any issues with machinery or materials
You must have proven experience as a sewing machinist/similar role.
Working hours will be Monday - Thursday (Apply online only) and Friday (Apply online only). This is a permanent role
