My client, based in Leeds, are seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to bolster their expanding studio team. They're a well-established business providing the full service in-house from concept to creation for branded exhibition stands, working with major UK retailers and household names.
Your time in the role will be spent bringing client's briefs to life, using Kasemaker or Rhino 3D, you will need to have a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically. You'll have great print and manufacturing knowledge, with a strong understanding of fibre board exhibition stands.
This role would be ideal for a creative designer who displays a good understanding of the following:
Kasemaker / Rhino 3D or similar software experience
How to deliver high quality cardboard structures that are creative and innovative, but also strong and fit for purpose
Challenging and achieving best practice, striving for innovation in all aspects of your role and supporting the wider business to deliver the same
Contribute and perform as an effective and willing member of the design team
Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
