Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
- Proven ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer interactions and sales process effectively
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate with a diverse customer base is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or sales management is advantageous
