This is a perfect opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant to significantly develop their career in a well-established, successful and market leading organisation offering accredited sustainability and compliance services within the Built Environment and Specialist Access sectors in the UK.
The ideal Sustainability Consultant will:
Have a degree relevant to the field such as Environmental Science or Sustainability
Have IESVE experience
Have experience in Part O and Part L
Be a qualified NDEA (desirable)
Have a strong understand of Building regulations
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
DSM/SBEM (BRUKL) Part L compliance calculations and reports
IES DSM Models to produce outputs for TM59 compliance reports
Production of reports to compare alternative design solutions for both new and retrofit projects
Assisting clients with achieving zero carbon/general ESG objectives
Delivering necessary level of billable work on a monthly basis
Assisting clients' understanding of the regulatory understanding of AD Part L, Part F and Part OWhat our client can offer you:
