The Role:

As a call handler/customer service operative you will be assisting residents with their issues, answering calls and booking appointments for our operatives to visit their properties and undertake works (plumbing/electrical faults etc..)

This will include:

* Answering incoming calls from residents with regards to repair issues

* Understanding and diagnosing repair requests

* Managing incoming repairs inbox and allocating repair works appropriately

* Scheduling work for operatives to attend properties and undertake works

About You:

* Solid customer service background

* Excellent communications skills, able to liaise effectively at all levels

* Able to build solid working relationships with customers and contractors

* Excellent organisation skills

* Good attention to detail

* A positive "can do attitude"

* Able to work in a fast paced and often pressurised environment

* Computer literate, a good knowledge of Microsoft applications

Monday to Friday: Full Time 08.30-5pm
