As Stock Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within our supply chain team, working closely with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure the seamless flow of products to our customers. This role offers abundant opportunities for career development in the fast-paced fresh produce industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to optimize production planning and meet customer demands.
* Close jobs on the ERP system to maintain full traceability of stock and packaging, ensuring accuracy for invoicing.
* Monitor and ensure accurate recording of stock movements within the production team on the ERP system.
* Utilise your expertise in fresh produce and supply chain to identify and address potential issues, contributing to the growth of our business.
What We Want to See From You:
* Experience in supplying customers across various sectors such as retail, wholesale, fresh cut, and catering.
* Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability.
* Can-do attitude with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
* Proficiency in Excel and strong organisational skills.
* Previous experience in the fresh produce sector or similar industries.
* Excellent communication skills to maintain and develop customer relationships.
Location: This role is based near Dartford in Kent and is fully office-based. Candidates must have their own transport due to the location
