Job: Fire Door Inspector
Area: Brighton
Salary:£220 - £230
Contract : 1 Month FTC (Until End of year) may go on after new year
Requirements: VEHICLE as MOBILE ROLE
Duties:
1. Door Inspections:
* Conduct frequent planned visits for door inspections.
* Some clients may require FDIS (Fire Door Inspection Scheme) qualification.
2. Door Surveys:
* Perform one-off surveys to establish the condition of doors within buildings.
3. Compartment Surveys:
* Conduct detailed breakdowns of compartment line errors, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.
4. Survey for Works:
* Collaborate with project teams to conduct surveys for upcoming construction or renovation projects, identifying fire stopping requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Relevant experience in the fire stopping industry or related field.
* Knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to assess the condition of doors and compartments accurately.
* FDIS qualification (preferred but not mandatory for all positions).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using surveying equipment and technology.
