My client is looking for an experienced Admin Officer who has Local Authority Experience to work in the Adult Learning And Skills Service Department .
You will provide frontline reception/telephone service to meet the customer’s satisfaction, by giving accurate and courteous advice within the Council’s policy and procedures.
To provide an effective administrative support to enable the efficient, accurate and comprehensive flow of information amongst staff.
You will need to be proficient in the use of management information systems.
You will be required to undertake a range of systems and administrative duties to support their service area
