ROLE: Land & Planning Manager
LOCATION: Orpington - Kent
SALARY: £40,000 - £60,000 + Package
BUSINESS TYPE: Residential Developer
PROJECTS: 10-100 2/3/4 Bed Family Homes

They are one of the UK’s leading, independently owned residential developers. As a company, they currently deliver around 500 family homes per year. They have been established over 50 years and are renowned for the quality of product they produce. As a 5 star house builder, they continue to exceed in all areas from delivery to customer service.
The Role:
You will be required to purchase land and assist with achieving planning on these plots. You will need to have a good understanding of the full land purchasing process, from identifying, taking through legals and completing the purchase. You will undertake preparation of section 106 agreements and will require good knowledge of the planning process as you will be helping secure permission on site. Someone from a Land Agent background maybe considered providing they can undertake all duties but the likely person will come from a Developer background.
The Applicant:
The ideal candidate must have:
* Proven experience identifying and purchasing land for up to 100 homes.
* Working knowledge of preparing section 106 agreements.
* Further related education sauch as a degree within Real Estate.
It is desirable to have:
* Worked for a residential developer
