Job Title: Forklift Driver and Material Handling Specialist

Start Date: Friday, 26th April
Pay: £12.40 per hour (PAYE)
About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated Forklift Driver and Material Handling Specialist to join our team in Wellingborough. As a vital member of our Lamination department, you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth flow of materials and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain material feed for Lamination lines and handle finished stock.
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to complete daily tasks.
Follow and execute lamination production plans accurately.
Record stock transactions meticulously according to procedures.
Monitor and address faults in conveying systems promptly.
Coordinate the transfer of base products to and from the Warehouse as required.
Uphold safe driving practices and efficient material handling techniques.
Cultivate positive working relationships with team members.
Requirements:
Availability for Monday to Friday shifts (07:00-17:00), with flexibility for overtime.
Enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to learning and improvement.
Previous experience in warehouse operations is desirable.
Proficiency in FLT operation is essential.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
