This secondary school has a very diverse and vibrant community of over 1500 students.
It is a "Good" Ofsted school and OFSTED judged the effectiveness of leadership and management as Outstanding.
The school will do everything they can go to grow and retain their staff and have numerous members of their SLT who were former trainee teachers.
For ECTs they will support and train them and help them in their journey to be the best teacher they can be. The school will also support and provide CPD and opportunities to more experienced teachers.
For leaders the school will offer training and development opportunities.

About the Role - Head of Drama - Barnet, North London

This school is looking for a Head of Drama who can take on the responsibility to lead the department of Drama.
You will be required to teach Drama, as well as lead the team of staff, provide training, assistance, support, look at data analysis etc and all responsibility as leader of department.
The school is a training school, offering some of the best training, and is an excellent school to teach at from ECT to leadership.
The successful teacher will need to have strong classroom and behaviour management with a proven track record.
Previous leadership skills are desirable but not essential.
