Income Collection Officer

A housing association is currently looking for an Income Collection Officer for about three months on a temporary basis

Key responsibilities are as follows

Income collection role to bring down rent arrears.

Contacting residents

Responsible for taking payments

Be responsible for following the whole legal process for rent arrears.

PAYE rate £17.59 & Umbrella £23.13

Essential requirements

Must have an income collection bakground in housing

Experience of dealing with the legal process

Must be immediately available or on short notice

Able to work in West London
