Senior Development Finance Analyst

Boston Hale are currently working with one of the UKs largest Housing Associations to recruit for a Senior Development Finance Analyst on 1 year fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of financial services including:

Partnering with budget holders to understand their business objectives
Providing relevant management information to budget holders and assisting with the annual and project budgets
Providing key financial information and advice on development schemes
Assisting with the preparation of management and statutory accounts and KPIs
Assess the financial exposure of development projects including risk analysis of schemes and make recommendations for actions that may be requiredEssential experience:

Part qualified with a recognised body
Prior analytical experience within accounts
Experience within property or a large complex organisation
Advanced analytical skills including Excel and Financial Information Systems
Excellent communication skills
