Manpower is recruiting for Experienced Housekeeping Team Leader for a local college in Oxford.
The Housekeeping Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out the daily servicing of bedrooms and communal areas, achieving high levels of efficiency, organisation and communication.

Overseeing and carrying out the preparation and cleanliness of all Student Rooms, Guest Rooms and common areas. Monitoring, and where necessary, correcting the hygiene and cleanliness of College facilities and associate rooms
Liaising with the Head Housekeeper for student and conference room allocations and assisting with the arranging of weekend rosters
Monitoring College furnishings, soft furnishings and bedding, ensuring it is regularly inspected and attended to
Monitoring linen and stores stock requirements
