Quantity Surveyor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor based in Portsmouth. The business works across various sectors including commercial, education, health care and residential with projects typically valuing up to circa £5mil, administered via JCT forms of contract. Their projects are predominantly across Hampshire and Dorset.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing 2/3 schemes at any one time, working closely with the site team to maximise profits whilst keeping to programmes. You will report into the Commercial Manager and will be responsible for managing more junior members of staff.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family owned business with a strong pipeline of work in the region. In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £60k (negotiable dependent on experience) + Package including car etc.
