Job Title: Construction Administrator
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Shift: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, In-Office
Client Details: Our client is a reputable dealer and installer for the industry's leading pergola and cabana manufacturer.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
Coordinate administrative tasks such as installation schedules, material orders, meetings, calendars, and project files organization.
Assist in procurement activities, including obtaining bids, processing invoices, and tracking material deliveries.
Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Assist in preparing and distributing project-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
Support project managers and supervisors with administrative tasks to ensure project efficiency and compliance.
Facilitate communication between project team members to ensure smooth information flow.
Maintain accurate project records, including change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and submittals.
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities as needed.
Assist in coordinating project closeout activities, including compiling project documentation and facilitating final inspections.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a construction environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smart Sheet, and Construction CRM/Software.
Experience in commercial and residential construction administration.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Active valid Driver’s License for at least 3 years.
