Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager duties include -

Provide technical support to the production and engineering staff within the operation and maintenance of jigs, fixtures, tooling and assemblies.
Oversee the diagnosis of faults, the maintenance and repairs to all types of plant equipment.
Analyse production processes, methods, schedules, downtime, layouts, availability of machines, and waste management.
Drive continuous improvement activities and empower staff with the correct direction.
Ensure that H&S and Quality Management Systems are adhered to.Engineering Manager desirable skills and experience -

Experience working within a similar role (Manufacturing Manager, Maintenance Manager etc).
A proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.
A hands-on, "get things done" attitude.
Proactive work ethic and self-motivation to drive continuous improvement.
Relevant manufacturing/mechanical engineering education (HND/HNC).Engineering Manager position benefits include -
