Requirements
Willingness to learn
Ability to work 10-12 hour days
Able to lift 50 pounds safely
Dependable
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
1-2 years' construction experience
Prior Multi-Family experience a plus
1-2 years’ experience in HVAC or Plumbing a plus
Driver's License a plus
Willingness to work in a construction environment
Must have transportation to/from job site
