315 health is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team. As a Client Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Requirements 
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients 
Strong organizational and time-management skills 
Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact 
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery 
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner 
Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms and pricing 
Track client interactions and maintain accurate client records 
Follow-up with potential new clients the current clients connect 315 with 
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns 
Assist with the onboarding of new clients 
Provide regular updates and reports to clients 
Monitor client usage and identify opportunities for improvement 
Resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner 
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with healthcare industry and products
Proficient in MS Office
