Join our client's dynamic team located in Moulton Park, Northampton.
As a Roll Forming Operator, you'll assume a pivotal role in their manufacturing process, actively contributing to their success by ensuring the delivery of exclusive products to their customers. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing a roll forming line and machine, along with any necessary secondary equipment, to ensure efficient operations and product quality.
Responsibilities:
Operate roll forming machinery efficiently and safely.
Set up machines according to product specifications.
Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy and quality.
Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Roll Forming Operator or similar role.
Proficiency in operating Roll forming/ Bradbury or similar machinery.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and understand technical specifications.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Advantageous to have experience in operating a Bradbury machine previously.
Hours and Perks:
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 am to 3:00 pm
Early finish on Friday: 06:00 am to 12:00 pm
