A liaison between Chromalloy and its airline, industrial and/or OEM customers. Prepare and maintain miscellaneous reports, quotes and status.
Communicate with customers either by clearly written, professional e-mails, via telephone or in person.
Prepare status reports for customers.
Data entry and other clerical duties.
Maintain customer quote files to assure proper pricing and billing.
Produce, maintain and analyze relevant reporting as required by management to monitor the Chromalloy’s customer relationship.
Invoicing, TAT Analysis, troubleshoot purchase order discrepancies and repair discrepancies.
Liaison between the customer and Production/Engineering/Marketing departments.
General department housekeeping.
Regular attendance and punctuality.
Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards.
Ensures compliance with Company IPM/QPM and ISO quality requirements.
Sales and Marketing support.
Direct sales of excess inventory.
Perform other tasks in the facility, as needed.
Minimal travel outside the facility as needed.
