The Employee Connect's Client is looking for a Delivery Merchandiser to join our clients team in Houston, TX. The Delivery Merchandiser will be responsible for delivering merchandise to our customers in a timely and professional manner. The wage is $18 an hour plus .62 cent a mile. You will be provided with a company van.
Responsibilities:
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with merchandise and supplies
• Deliver merchandise to customer locations in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all products are handled with care and delivered in perfect condition
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer contact information
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with orders
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of merchandise
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of local geography and routes
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
