Paint Technician/Assistant Painter

We seek a proficient Painter to apply paint to both interior and exterior surfaces of structures and buildings. This role is pivotal, as quality painting enhances both functionality and aesthetics. The ideal candidate boasts diverse experience in painting using various tools, navigating different heights and spaces, all while prioritizing safety protocols. Reliability and meticulous attention to detail are paramount in fulfilling responsibilities. Ultimately, the objective is to achieve impeccable painting results of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
Support painters during the production process.
Prepare surfaces for painting by performing tasks such as taping, sanding, caulking, and making minor repairs.
Safeguard customers' landscaping, walkways, and other outdoor belongings.
Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures inside homes from any potential damage.
Assist in the maintenance of tools and equipment used for painting.
Inform the Team Lead about any necessary supplies required for the job.
Participate in site clean-up activities at the conclusion of each workday.
Adhere consistently to company production standards.
Qualifications/requirements:
High School diploma or GED certificate (preferred).
Extremely Detail oriented
Independent & self-motivated.
Flexibility working day & weekends.
Comfortable working at heights.
Experience working on a painting crew (preferred).
Familiar with common hand and power tools.
