DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. As a family-owned staffing company, we specialize in finding quality employment candidates like you and matching their talents to our clients' needs. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various warehouse duties, such as receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Accurately pick and prepare orders for supplies
Operate warehouse equipment, such as stand up, electric, inside and out forklifts
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks
Customer Service Skills a plus
Plumbing Experience a plus
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Strong work ethic and reliability
Flexibility to work different shifts as required
