Position Overview:
Sourgum is seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to join our full-stack development team. This role is crucial for driving the development of our platforms that aim to transform the waste and recycling industry. Operating within a fast-paced startup environment, you will work closely with many stakeholders and an experienced team, blending industry knowledge with full-stack development expertise.
This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our development efforts, directly influencing project directions and outcomes. As a Technical Engineering Manager, you will not only oversee the technical development but also contribute to strategic planning, team mentoring, and the cultivation of an entrepreneurial culture.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a robust product roadmap, aligning with company goals and market demands.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and effective project execution.
Balance the roadmap between leadership stakeholders and user needs, prioritizing features and initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
Define and document product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Analyze data from various inputs to inform product decisions and provide direction to engineering and design teams.
Oversee the success of product launches, ensuring goals are met and best practices are followed.
Required Skills:
3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps and requirements.
Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting and defending ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.
Ability to analyze data and provide strategic guidance to teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the waste collection/logistics industry or ERP software development.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
What You'll Do:
Develop a deep understanding of the waste collection industry and the needs of our customers.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define go-to-market strategies and identify revenue opportunities.
Partner with engineering teams to develop and evangelize product priorities and roadmaps.
Act as an industry expert, providing thought leadership through talks and other public engagements.
Drive the adoption of best practices and high-quality standards for product delivery.
