E2E Lead Technical Project Manager (Nokia, OneNDS/HLR/HSS/UDM/AUSF), 5GCore & vEPC)

For our client in Scandinavia we are searching for a Senior Lead Technical Project Manager, with the following
Technical requirement: involved in Nokia SDM projects (OneNDS/HLR/HSS/UDM/AUSF), 5GCore & vEPC.

We need a Technical expert with strong leading skills, and Nokia experience

Remote Work: all Europe

EU/NATO nationality preferred, but not a must

Start time. January 2021
1 year, extension is expected

The E2E LTPM is managing selected complex E2E projects where Nokia delivers the complete solution with 3rd-Party involvement.
The LTPM leads the technical negotiation during the implementation period, drives the project execution (through different technical project streams) and provides solutions to eliminate risks.
The LTPM coordinates answers to unresolved technical issues and sets up technical support processes, involving E2E SE's and product experts when required.
The LTPM verifies the E2E Quality of Service and stability of his/her solution, ensuring that all project KPI's are within contract definition.
The LTPM advises on customer network evolution and strives for project up-scopes.

Key Responsibilities:
Defines the end-to-end solution delivery plan, including E2E integration, verification and acceptance strategy.
Implements the project execution structure (sub-project teams and work-streams). Oversees building or tuning the technical staff (with local and remote resources), including cross-BG, 3rd-Party teams and additional E2E SE's and product experts when relevant.
Identifies and plans all project deliverables under his/her responsibility and takes care of cost, scope, schedule and quality
Assigned as Prime Integration leader, he/she takes ownership on multi-BG topics, guides the solution of complex integration issues and coordinates the work-stream execution between the local and remote teams.
Is in charge of identifying and managing project risks for both customer and Nokia.
Defines the acceptance KPI's with the customer and implements them in cooperation or on behalf of the CDM/PBM.
As prime interface with the customers' project team, he/she understands the customers' strategy and technical concerns, and manages his/her technical expectations. This includes roadmap alignment, covering customer specific feature introduction plans.
Applies solid change management principles to stay within the contractual boundaries.
Collects relevant delivery feedback and lessons learnt.
