Responsibilities:

- Receive and handle Dutch speaking customer requests by email and social media.
- Function as an ambassador for the client’s service.
- Collection and maintenance of customer data.
- Clarification of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical requirements.
- Work on requests and comments via the client’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).

 

Requirements:

- Complete Dutch fluency on a native speaker level
- Experience in customer service, communications or similar roles
- Good knowledge of current social media channels (Facebook, Twitter etc.)
- Passion for community management and digital affinity
- Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
- OBLIGATORY STUDIES FINISHED: According to the legislation in Spain, a document to prove completed studies is mandatory to be able to be hired. Meaning obligatory studies as ESO or High School. Any higher studies title will also be accepted. This document will be requested during the interview.
