Job description

Working with Letting Agents and Landlords across Bristol & Somerset providing detailed condition reports.

Your day to day role will be to attend various properties across the Bristol & Somerset area, assessing their condition and creating detailed reports using our industry leading mobile software. You will also at times act as a representative for various Clients, responsible for the collection/handover of keys to/from Landlords & Tenants.

Inventory experience or any experience within the property sector would be preferred but is not essential. No experience is required as full training provided.

Working hours / days:

Monday - Friday 09:00AM - 6:00PM

With 1.0 x hour unpaid lunch per day (8.0 x hours work per day paid)
