The Candidate:

Experience of working as a Teaching assistant is desirable but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both students and staff.
A genuine passion for the wellbeing and education of KS1 and KS2 pupils.
A warm, friendly personality and the ability to form strong bonds with pupils and teaching staff.
A proactive approach to adapting and tailoring support to meet the diverse needs of students. 
The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be aiding teaching staff in planning and delivering a high-quality education to KS1 and KS2 pupils as they progress through primary school. You will provide 1-2-1 and small group support and monitor and assess pupil progress to identify and accommodate unique learning needs. It is essential that you are prepared to enthusiastically partake in activities with the wider school community to maintain a positive learning environment and create strong bonds with both pupils and staff.
