Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role as a Technical Support Assistant in the Major Connections SPN team? If you have a high level of technical awareness, an understanding of the electricity network, and excellent customer service skills, then you might be the perfect fit for this position.

As a Technical Support Assistant, you will report to the Commercial Analyst and work within our Maidstone office. You will be responsible for managing the connections queue of projects, assisting the Commercial Project Managers with point of connection analysis, producing estimates and offers for non-contestable works, and supporting the Business Support Team Leader with system updates and information.

You will also have the opportunity to gain experience of design and pricing, and work within the regulatory framework to minimise complaints and failures. To be eligible for this role, you need to have City & Guilds 232 in Electrical Engineering, or be working towards it, or demonstrate suitable competency.

You also need to have knowledge of the Connections business processes, current Standards and Licence Conditions, and experience working with Microsoft packages, SAP 4.6 and Netmap.
