Are you an experienced Industrial Cleaning Manager looking for a new challenge?
We have an exciting opportunity based in Basildon for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team. This is a Permanent post to cover all Industrial Cleaning & Soft Service Activities and associated management activities at a senior level.
As the Industrial Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for the following :
* Ensuring client satisfaction at a senior management level
* Operational responsibility - Know what, where & when the direct employees allocated to you are doing, Contract compliance & constant viewing of all operational activities.
* Health and safety compliance, and budgetary control at an operational level.
* Maintaining employee culture, improve work performance and continuously improve atmosphere of team working.
* Be fully aware of manpower, sub-contractor & consumable spend at operational level for your areas of responsibility. - managing big teams on each site.
* Managing industrial relations.
* Seeking out opportunities and promoting the company for business expansion.
* Relationship with Company Senior Management & Director.
In return, our client offers a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills with at least 3 years experience as a manager in an industrial setting. As well as this you should have a strong understanding of health and safety practices and legislative compliance. You should also have experience in budgetary control and be able to maintain strong relationships with senior management and directors.
