Responsibilities:
·Master coffee knowledge, grinding, brewing, and educate clients and colleagues.
·Craft and present delicious beverages consistently.
·Create a friendly, welcoming environment for all customers.
·Take orders, process payments, and interact with customers.
·Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and uphold hygiene standards.
·Assist with stock management and ensure the security of catering items.
·Handle staffing challenges, equipment issues, and customer requests.
·Work flexible hours, including early mornings, late afternoons, weekends, and bank holidays.
·Lead by example and train colleagues.
Requirements:
