Main responsibilities include:

Effectively communicate with and offer support to colleagues and clients, while attending regular paraplanning meetings.

Produce reports for consideration and signoff by advisers.

Analyse client portfolios and obtain illustrations to complete advice files for presentations to clients.

Keep up to date with all technical research to ensure the client file carries all relevant information.

Liaise with all departments to ensure the reports and advice is accurate and relevant.

Keep up to date with the investment market and with the developments of the industry relevant to clients.

The ideal candidate:

Ambition to complete a level 4 qualification in financial planning, if not already achieved.

An extensive knowledge of the financial planning industry is desirable.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in the field.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to liaise with other departments effectively and professionally.

Motivation and discipline to maintain your own professional development.
