Site Manager (External Works Experience)
I am working with a family owned contractor, that are taking the Manchester market by storm and working with a select number of clients in the region. They are in the market, for a Site Manager who has experience in managing external works packages such as cladding, facade, roof etc.
The business have secured a £10m scheme next door to where they are building, which is essentially a cladding replacement scheme with some internal fit out. Really nice scheme with a cladding who have a large order book.
As Site Manager, you will be running the day to day delivery of the site and typical duties may include:
* Site set up
* Enforcing Health & Safety standards across the site
* Ensuring programme is being adhered too and planning ahead, to avoid issues arising
* Management of supply chain to ensure they are building in line with quality standards and to specififcations
* Logistics management
* Working closely with the Quantity Surveyor looking at scopes of works and procurement
* Managing the client
* Day to day site management duties
