Job Description: They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land and Measured Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in topographic surveys and be commercially aware with strong client management skills. The role involves a mix of office-based and remote work, with the potential for travel, overnight stays, and weekend work as needed.

Conduct land and measured building surveys using Total Station, GPS, and Laser Scanning technologies.
Perform post-process work independently to ensure accuracy and quality.
Provide advice, support and mentorship to a team of proactive, professional early-career surveyors.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality survey solutions.
Ensure all work adheres to health and safety regulations, including Sentinel accreditation where applicable.
Contribute to the company's culture of continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing new ideas and methodologies.Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in land and measured building surveying, exposure to rail surveys is highly desirable.
Sentinel accreditation is highly desirable but not essential.
Proficient in the use of Total Station, GPS, and Laser Scanning equipment.
Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of flexibility.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
