Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time

Pay: SEN-TA: £85 – £100 Daily Rate

Role Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one support for students with special educational needs, particularly focusing on challenging behaviours.
Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with students with SEN, particularly those with challenging behaviours, is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support are advantageous.
