Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Liverpool Street
Salary: £44,000 per annum
Shift: Day Shift, 4 on 4 off, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer seeking a new opportunity in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a skilled Electrical Shift Engineer to join our team at Liverpool Street. Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, and emergency works in accordance with contract requirements on Electrical Services and associated systems.
* Conduct thorough plant and BMS checks, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation of all findings.
* Adhere to method statements, risk assessments, safety legislation, and company health and safety protocols.
* Provide exceptional service delivery, meeting contractual Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
* Cultivate positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through superior customer service.
* Maintain up-to-date site documentation for internal and external audits.
* Collaborate with team members to fulfill contractual obligations, including supervision of subcontractor works when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Discipline or completion of an Electrical Apprenticeship.
* Proficiency in the 18th Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations.
* City & Guilds 2391 – Inspection and Testing certification (desirable).
* 3-5 years of experience in a commercial environment.
* Familiarity with building services PPM schedules, SFG20, and electrical systems including Building Management Systems, Lighting Control Systems, HVAC Systems, Emergency Generators, and UPS.
