A&G Resourcing Ltd is looking for a Workshop Operative for our client based in Reading.
Our client is a leading manufacturer and suppliers of innovative commercial furniture and structures for the hospitality and leisure industries.
Temp-Perm
Immediate Start
Monday – Friday
07:00am – 16:00pm
Salary depending on experience.
£11.44/h
£17.16/h overtimes and Saturdays
Main responsibilities:
* Carry out a variety of tasks associated with the proper preparation, assembling, and building of wooden products.
* Effectively operate a variety of machines and tools to cut, prepare and assemble products.
* Working to a high standard of quality and able to identify potential quality issues and provide resolutions.
* Clean work areas, machines, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe work area.
* Report any problems found on equipment or in the facility.
* Follow all safety rules, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Skills / experienced required:
* Good attention to details.
* DIY skills
* Experienced with woodwork desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
