gap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for an ongoing temporary assignment as one of the UK’s largest . As a Counterbalance Forklift driver your time will be split between both the yard and warehouse facilities – this does not mean you will be involved on warehouse duties as your time is 100% a Forklift Driver!

For those that are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the working hours there are permanent opportunities available and you are welcome to apply after completing your 12 week probationary period.

Main Duties as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver:

· Loading / Unloading lorries

· Stock replenishment into both yard and warehouse departments – when needed

· Transport of products throughout the yard as per supervisor request

· Working from pick & loading sheets and collecting picked items

Choice Working Hours

Sun – Mon – OFF, Tue – Fri 9:00am – 6:30pm Saturday one shift 7am – 6pm

or

Sun OFF- weekly rotation Mon-Sat 7:00am-4:30pm and 9:00-6:30pm

Hourly Pay Rates

· Basic Rate - £12.60p/h

Successful candidates will have experience working in similar role, you will be asked to provide your Forklift certificate and experience is essential in this role. As part of the selection process, inductions will be held on site in line with their health and safety policies.
