Residential Support Workers - Children
£ 30,000 - £32,000 (based on an average of 7 sleep ins per month)
Shift and schedule Shift work including some weekends.
My client specializes in working with children in a residential setting, supporting them to ensure they are given every opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential.
As a Support Worker you will support the registered manager and the wider team in providing excellent care.
Required:
* Experienced working with children who have suffered trauma and passionate about improving their lives
* Energetic, resilient, patient, confident and proactive.
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential childcare (or equivalent) – if you don’t have this, we will support you to achieve this.
