On behalf of our client we are looking for a Finishing Manager to work on a new build housing site in Plymouth for the next 2-3 months, with the potential for continued work beyond
You will be responsible for snagging new build houses to get ready for completion and be overseeing some trades on the site. A hands-on approach is essential as you will on be required to assist with snagging duties
SSSTS / SMSTS is required, as well as CSCS and first aid preferable
Ideally, you will have a trades background and will be willing to assist on the tools and possibly basic hands on duties to get the job done where needed. A roll-your-sleeves-up approach is required!
