Contract: Fixed term, Maternity Cover

Monday - Friday - 37.5hrs

Hours: 09:00-17:00

As Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will include:

· Delivering an exceptional customer experience through multi-channel contacts, especially customer emails

· Drive customer loyalty through cross-selling the great value products and services that we offer

· Undertake ad-hoc administrative duties to support the wider team

· Support the growth of the business by working on projects to support the company’s bold expansion plans

Customer Services Advisors are the front-line of our business, working in a fast-moving environment you need to be able to learn quickly and hit the ground running. Our customers are the most important people in our company; we want to employ customer champions to take orders, convert customers to better value own label products and services, effectively handle customer queries and complaints, and work in the background on our websites.
