We are seeking two diligent and detail-oriented Stock Condition Surveyors to undertake comprehensive stock condition surveys across Housing Plus Group’s portfolio.

The role

This role will involve capturing validated data to support our investment strategies in maintaining safety and asset quality, as well as reporting findings to meet legislative requirements.

As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will perform key building surveys, including stock condition and energy performance assessments. Your findings will validate planned component replacement programs and support the creation of detailed investment plans. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer care, while ensuring compliance with current regulations and legislative requirements.

What skills and experience we are looking for:

* HNC in Building Construction or equivalent experience (Desirable)

* Housing Health and Safety Rated System (HHSRS) experience

* Excellent technical ability with knowledge of quality standards, building regulations, and planning requirements

* Experience delivering key stock condition building surveys

* Proven experience in achieving challenging targets and objectives

* Good construction knowledge including health and safety legislation, fire safety, and CDM Regulations

* Experience working with contractors and residents within the housing sector

* Proven working knowledge of microsoft packages

* At least five years of experience working on housing-related projects

* Sound knowledge of domestic kitchen, bathroom, and heating installations

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills at all levels to build and maintain working relationships

* Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands.

Full driving licence is essential for this role
