Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer
Location: North West England, Cumbria, Warwick

WFH - 2 days a week - some flex
couple of times a month at a supplier - UK and little bit of europe (Holland and Germany)
Job Description:
Job Duties:
Ensure suppliers meet quality standards and requirements
Conduct supplier audits and assessments
Develop and implement supplier quality improvement initiatives
Resolve quality issues with suppliers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a quality engineering role
Knowledge of quality management systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a quality engineering position
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of supplier quality processes
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma)
Experience working in the engineering industry
Working Conditions:
Office-based role with occasional travel to supplier sites
Regular interaction with suppliers and internal teams
Fast-paced and dynamic work environment
