Are you an experienced Home Sales Advisor looking for a new opportunity with a new and upcoming House Builder based in the Yorkshire region?
You will be joining a company who are dedicated to getting people onto the property ladder by providing low-cost homes throughout the North of England.
This is a very passionate and driven business, where you will be joining a tight knit team who are devoted to ensuring their customers are more than satisfied with their homes.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Advisor you will help customers find their dream home by providing excellent customer service throughout the sale process.
Demonstrate comprehensive local knowledge including amenities, schools, transport links and understand the competition.
Have a thorough understanding of our products and pricing.
Be able to effectively follow up enquiries and be able to convert to site visits.
Be able to qualify customers, establishing their moving position and timescales, their needs and financial situation.Benefits
