Job Description
The Client Associate will grow a current book of business, particularly within the Tech and Telco Vertical.   They will identify, influence, present, close deals with customers and meet and exceed quotas by leading and leveraging Epsilon's capabilities primarily for Data, but also cross-selling into Tech and Digital. 
Responsibilities 
Serve as a client partner, focusing on creating win/win outcomes to drive revenue growth for Data within the Tech and Telco Vertical. 
Utilize extensive Data business acumen to uncover business needs and recommend Data solutions, that extend to activation of Epsilon Data for Direct Mail, Programmatic Display, Video, OTT/CTV, Advanced TV, and Streaming Audio solutions to help clients achieve their business goals.   
Data selling will also include licenses of installs and house file appends for marketing purposes, analytics, insights, and the extension of utilization of our data in technology platforms.
Responsible for client reporting, analysis, and insights. Uncovering insights from the reports available and making recommendations from those insights. 
Partner with Account Management team to lead internal resources for the preparation and delivery of objective based solutions for Tech and Telco clients. 
Be consultative and use creativity to create and deliver customized sales solutions that address the client’s compelling marketing needs. 
Effectively facilitate day-to-day management of account both internally (within Digital Media Solutions within the Tech and Telco Vertical. 
Build relationships with key stake holders including Digital Media and Technology account management, Media, analytics, legal, compliance and key decision makers and influencers at the client and/or agency. 
Develop a roadmap for success over time that will enable client satisfaction, growth, and trust.  Ultimately become the Client’s trusted advisor. 
Requirements 
4+ years of professional business experience, particularly in the Digital Media and Programmatic AdTech industries. 
Client management experience or sales (or sales support) experience (client side, ad solutions, digital advertising, direct marketing, agency experience).
Campaign reporting and business review experience – reviewing performance reporting, uncovering insights, developing, and delivering performance reports, insights, and recommendations. 
Versed across key marketing components including strategy, analytics, programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV and/or streaming media performance, and AdTech.
Strong quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques 
Understanding of marketing program strategy, design, execution, and measurement/attribution.
Strong Negotiation / Sales skills.
Effective communication / collaboration across multiple levels of an organization. 
Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint and Sales Management software (i.e., (url removed)).
BA/BS with strong academic record, preferred. MBA a plus.
