TWO ROLES with multiple oppenings
1) SAP ERP GFEBS On-Site Support Specialist (need 5);
Provide OSS, Over the Shoulder, Help Desk, Techncial Support, Troubleshooting user issues post-Go-Live in a a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct ad-hoc training sessions to enhance end-users' understanding of the system and related processes.
Offer support through various communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams calls, to ensure the deployed community's needs are met.
Resolve end-user problems and incidents, ensuring that trouble tickets are escalated when necessary for timely and efficient resolution.
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING TRAVEL LOCATIONS AND DURRATIONS;
Wave 1 (Florida, Ohio, Texas, Germany), rotate to Wave 2 after 120 day to
Wave 2 (Germany, Nebraska, Illinois, Oklahoma, Texas) rotate to Wave 3 after 120 day to
Wave 3 (Japan, California, Colorado, Texas)
