Senior Project Architect Job available with a distinguished architecture and interior design firm based in Dallas, TX. With an impressive track record across hospitality, residential, commercial, and branding projects nationwide, this company offers a dynamic environment for architects and interior designers passionate about immersive design experiences. In this role, you'll engage in all aspects of the design process, collaborate closely with clients, and nurture creative talent within an award-winning architectural firm. Offering a salary of up to $130,000 plus benefits!
With over 60 creatives, the team prides itself on its diverse background, which has contributed to a portfolio curated over the past two decades. Collaboration is paramount, as the team draws inspiration from a plethora of global sources to inform its designs. This position will see you be involved in various project typologies and sizes, offering exposure to a constantly evolving project list.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* To assist with the design and development of projects across a range of typologies, with a particular focus on technical design leadership
* Manage client relationships and client coordination
* Consultant and contractor coordination
* Manage and oversee construction administration
* Assist in the mentoring and management of junior staff
* QC and document review.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* 10+ years of industry experience
* Degree qualified in architecture or interior design, RA/RID preferred but not essential
* Experience working on diverse project types, including residential, hospitality and commercial
* Proven experience managing client relations and mentoring teams
* Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite proficiency
* Strong knowledge of architectural practices, building codes, materials, and construction technology.
