Role: Online Marketer
Location: Eindhoven
Salary: €4,000 - €4,500
Due to expansion, they are looking to bring in a passionate marketing professional who can grow within their in-house marketing team. This position with a multi-national company will be an incredible opportunity for a junior marketer looking to take the next step in their career. You will be working closely with the in-house online marketing manager and help develop marketing campaigns that align with the company's mission statement.
Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal part in developing marketing strategies by being given the freedom to push innovative ideas which follow the company's vision. Your day-to-day will consist of working closely with highly experienced marketers to drive growth and increase brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop marketing campaigns that align with the company's mission statement.
Conducting market research targeting various UK competitors to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage and analyse digital marketing efforts on multiple platforms using analytical tools.
Using creativity and innovation to create compelling content.
Conversing with multiple departments to ensure marketing initiatives resonate with all departments and align with the company's mission statement.
Analyse and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Requirements:
Required to have at least 2 years' commercial experience within a marketing role.
Experience with social media advertising, email marketing, google ads and marketing automation platforms.
Strong copywriting using a variety of formats and tones.
Strong organisational and reporting skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
A passion for creativity with an ability to portray this in a variety of different ways.
