Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the technical setup of our production sites in the EU and North America. Assign and support technical personnel in their daily tasks, ensuring the smooth progress of projects. Measure project progress, prepare reports, and actively contribute to the team's success. Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members, both internal and external. Research and evaluate technology options, considering cost-effectiveness for the company. Requirements: A strong educational foundation in natural sciences, engineering, or a related field. An eagerness to learn and apply new knowledge in accelerator technology. Demonstrated diligence, organization, and ability to document project plans and deliverables. A problem-solving mindset with a keen interest in tackling technical challenges. Strong technical writing ability, presentation and verbal communication skills (minimum level: English B2, German B1) Independent and driven, with the ability to work autonomously and seek guidance when needed. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project/Merlin Project, Word). Willingness to travel within Europe and North America (approximately 30% of working time). Desired: Previous experience in technical project management, research, or industry. Excitement for laboratory automation, including radiotracer synthesisers. Familiarity with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and pharmaceutical standards.
